Kinder Morgan will begin important pipeline repair work on Monday, April 7 along the fence line behind Lynwood Drive and the Concord Naval Weapons Station.
The project will involve:
- Two excavation sites (each measuring 8' x 10' x 8' deep)
- Two potholing locations (approximately 3-4 inches)
- A 100-foot work area at each location in the alleyway between the two fences
- Repairs to an 8-inch diameter pipeline
Work is expected to take 7-10 days, with additional time needed for soil sample removal and disposal.
