As promised at recent Council meetings and in response to certain Grand Jury recommendations the following documents have been added to the Reuse Project website.

 

1.       Program Report #17 is found in the Program Report folder in the Document Library.  It covers the January 2023 to June 2023 time period but also contains a comprehensive review of project spending.

2.       The Update of City Loans to the LRA is found in the Use of City Loans folder in the Program Report folder in the Document Library.  It covers all City Loans with an estimate of spending through this Fiscal Year 2023-24.  The Interfund Loan Agreements between the City and the LRA can also be found in the Interfund Loan Agreements folder in the Program Reports folder in the Document Library.

3.       The CFP Deposits Accounting Summary documents the deposits and spending made related to the negotiation of the ENA and Term Sheet with Concord First Partners, LLC.  It can be found in the Concord First Partners, LLC folder in the Document Library.
